Can I inspect the kennels?

We recommend all new clients to visit and have a look around, all our staff are happy to show you around.
We welcome inspections during our opening hours.
You are more than welcome to bring bedding/toys from home. It is always a comfort for your pet.
Be aware we often have bed explosions from time to time.
If your pet has never boarder before. We recommend you arrange a day care visit.
Drop them off in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon. This way they get use to the routine of the kennels, the smells, noise and they know you will return to collect them at the end of the day.
This way we are able to assess them and give you feed back.
Can I supply his/her own food?
Some pets have special food requirements.
They may have food allergy's ect.
You are able to provide their own food.
It must be in a sealed container and clearly marked with their name.
