Then I found pets park boarding kennels, and have been taking her there ever since. Carol and the team are so professional, you can tell your pet means as much to them as it does to you. I can't thank them enough for giving me the freedom to be able to drop Tabatha off knowing she is going to be very well looked after."

"We have left our little dog Ami at pets park often, you could tell by her wagging tail each time we arrived that she was happy there, which is a great relief to us owners (especially neurotic ones like myself). This time unfortunately we had to have Ami put to sleep and chose Pets Park for her cremation. They were so kind and professional, nothing was a problem to them , you made a very saddening event from our first phone call to the delivery of our beautiful little crafted box containing her ashes delivered right to our door including a beautiful card with loving words for Ami. Happy dogs make very happy owners and our 2 dogs just love staying at Pet's Park! When we drop them off, we go away happy ourselves, knowing they are in good hands.
Mark and the staff take very good care of Oskar and Coco. It is obvious that they enjoy having our dogs board there.
Pet's Park are obliging and work in with us. Above all, they listen and communicate well so we have total faith in the service they provide.
At pick up time, Oskar and Coco are ready and waiting for us. The big grins tell it all! Very happy boys.

Fabulous! I've just moved here from the Central Coast and a friend recommended them. I took Bosco when we originally moved in and he stayed for a few weeks, they looked after him very well. Even with how busy the park gets, they always go out of their way and spend individual time with each animal. And he came back cleaner than when he left!
I always use the deluxe kennell, as it has that little bit more room, and a very comfortable bed. Staff will go beyond what is expected to make sure all animals are looked after, even providing extra bedding for our dog with arthtitis when it would get cool. And the place is spotless! We popped in unexpected orginally and Carol took the time to show us through all the kennels and feeding stations and I couldn't believe how clean everything is kept.

I rarely post reviews as people all have such different expectations and standards, however, I would like to publicly thank Mark at Pets Park for the care, professionalism and above all common sense that they have brought to the business. I collected my dog this morning after the Easter long weekend at probably the busiest time and it was great to see all the dogs being brought out to their owners looking excited (obviously) and happy. My large dog had had a wonderful time in the muddy conditions and the owners had even managed to find the time to give her a bath! I really don't like leaving my dog in kennels, but I do feel that Mark and the team have shown that they are committed to the well-being of the animals in their care, allowing me to enjoy my time away. Thank you!
